The purchaser (hereafter the Client) and seller (hereafter, the School) contract for the delivery of the services and products specified on the front side of this document according to the following terms. If the buyer finds unacceptable any term, s/he must not purchase the service, or must immediately (within 72 hours) cancel the purchase, as set forth herein.
- The purchase price does not include food, board, transportation or other expenses of the Client except when these are clearly and specifically noted.
- The Money, Success and Wealth Seminar (MSW) comes with a guarantee of complete satisfaction or your money back. You only need to make your refund claim by email to info@psycanics.org within 3 days of the end of the seminar and the money will be refunded by the same method you paid with. Your certification de completion will be canceled and you will not be able to register for advanced seminars.
- The School keeps its prices low by using automatic data systems for everything: marketing, sales, accounting, scheduling events, contracting and paying the services it needs to fulfill your contract with the School. All changes and anomalies in the automatic processes require human intervention and such intervention is expensive. For this reason, all requested changes to this contract (dates, places, client names, etc.) and all anomalies generated by the Client cause an administrative fee to the Client to cover the additional costs. (For example, credit card blocks, charge fails, and bad checks all require human intervention to handle.) The first change is free; all subsequent change incur an administrative charge of $50 USD. The purchaser accepts such charges when he causes them, and can avoid them by not requesting changes to the contract and making sure his payment is valid.
- The Client must request all changes desired in writing (email being the easiest and fastest) so that there is a written record of communications between the Client and the School: info@psycanics.org
- The monthly recurring services, such as weekly classes and support groups, can be cancelled at any time, effective the end of that month.
- For the Programs (sequential series of seminars from basic to advanced), the Client has 3 business days (72 hours) to cancel his registration with 100% refund. After the 3 days, the automatic systems distribute the income in sales commissions and purchase of services to fulfill the contract with the Client (lease of salons, Trainers and support personnel, AV equipment rental, travel tickets, etc.). Therefore, there is no cancellation or refund of any kind after the 72 hour period. However, before entering the first seminar of the first Program, the Client may sell or transfer this contract to another person, with the respective admin charge.
- The Client has received very substantial discounts for buying the seminars in packages (Programs). If the Client does not complete the Program, and (for some exceptional reason) the School does accept a refund, the seminars taken will be charged at the normal, non-package price.
- The events produced by the School always start at exactly the set hour. Each seminar is a symphony of concepts, exercises, meditations, and emotional processes designed to produce maximum personal development. The concepts and processes, like all learning, is sequential. As in all learning, it is essential to understand the previous, basic concepts to be able to understand the subsequent, advanced ones. In all science, it is impossible to comprehend advanced knowledge without first having understood the basic knowledge. When you don’t understand something you fail, and if you fail, we fail. To avoid our mutual failure, the rule is that arriving late to a session, or being absent during a session, is reason to deny admittance to the event, and to cause the Client to be re-registered in the next available seminar (with the corresponding admin charge). Likewise, you have received a Registration receipt/entrance ticket with your name on it; to arrive without it and your identification is likewise motive of being denied admittance to the event.
- You, the Client, can take the seminars as quickly as you please although we recommend no more than one per month to allow incorporation of the knowledge into your life. It is the responsibility of the Client to finish the Personal Power Program (3 seminars) within 6 months; and the Transformation of Life Program (5 seminars) within 10 months of the contract date. The fees paid for the services are valid only for that length of time, and these are the maximum periods of record availability and of time for any communication, adjustment, changes, or claims about any service or Program, except by prior agreement with the School or the School extends the time limit.
