The Negative Emotions and How to End Them
Have you ever thought about the cause of suffering, of your emotions? Or have you lived just blaming external things, people or events for your pain? Are you aware that nothing outside of you can Cause your thoughts or your emotions?
As long are you are living blaming external factors and events for your
pain, problems and suffering in life (i.e. creating yourself as a Victim), you
will never move to a position of Cause over them and so will never be able
to free yourself of pain and problems and will never reach any significant
degree of happiness.
Definition: event: Psycanics technical term. Any perceived change in any reality
in the environment. Any movement. It can be the appearance or exit or any
person or thing. It can be anything that someone says or does. It can be any
occurrence or happening. It can be a change in awareness of the perceiver; it can
be the first perception, the realization, of existence of a situation or circumstance. It can be your own thoughts or actions. The word is used as it is in physics to mean a change, movement or occurrence of any kind.
Definition: trigger event, or just: trigger. A trigger is any event that activates an
IDentitiy, a PIR or NIR. The trigger is whatever happens in your life that seems to cause
your emotions. It is the event that occurs immediately as or after which your
negative EmoLoveJoy activates into your FEEL = experience. (Of course, it is an
illusion that anything outside of yourself causes your emotions. The trigger is only
a catalyst for the unhappiness mechanism—NIR masses—already present in the
subconscious.) A synonym for trigger is "button."
The trigger is any event that activates a NIR Mass, stimulating it to "move"
from subconscious = no experience to your consciousness = experience = FEEL.
You experience the activation primarily as negative emotion (anger, fear, sorrow,
depression, etc.); but the NIR is always there. Negative emotion is always AntiLove
for a negative ID: there are always one or more NIRs behind every negative
emotion.
A trigger can be something external like what another person does or says. It
can be unwanted news. It can be any problem or challenge in your life. It can be
one of your own thoughts. In the ultimate analysis, the trigger is always one
of your own thoughts because events themselves have no meaning and no
Value until you create them.
EVENTS HAVE NO MEANING OR VALUE UNTIL YOU CREATE
THEM for the event.
It is not the event that causes your emotion;
it is the IDentity that you assume
(trigger or activate) in relation to that event.
Your emotions are how you FEEL about your Self.
Your emotions are your Self-Love+/-
according to the IDs+/- = (WPV) + Good-BAD that
you assume in relation to the events of your life.
Your emotions are not about external events; they are about you. All emotions are love or AntiLove for your Self according to the Essence
IDentities that you are activating in relation to the events of your life.
Your emotions are NEVER caused by the events themselves, but rather are
automatic psycanic energy reactions to your state of BEing in regards
to any event. This is proven absolutely in the psycanics materials themselves,
and a simple example can illustrate it very well.
Let's use the event of the appearance of a snake. Many people activate
in fear and panic and try to get away from the snake. A few may
be brave enough to try to kill it. These are obviously AntiLove reactions.
Many people activate

Others (for example, those that appear on TV channels such as Animal
Planet, Discovery, National Geographic, etc.) go into enthusiasm and joy
and approach the snake and will protect and care for it: these are love
responses. Note that we have exactly the same external event, the snake,
but two totally different and opposite responses, both emotional and behavioral.
The event, the snake, is NOT the cause of the responses (or we
would have the same response for a same event). LIFE is BE→FEEL→THINK→DO→HAVE.
What causes the emotions (FEEL) and therefore the actions (DO)
is the IDentity (BE), who they perceive themselves to
BE, in relation to the snake.
The first group perceive themselves as BEing
AntiPower: NOT able to handle the snake. The second group, the love response group, perceive
themselves as BEing Powerful in relation to the snake, as ABLE
TO HANDLE it. The emotions, fear or enthusiasm, are AntiLove or love for Self in
those IDentities. The emotions are automatic psycanic love-energy reactions
to the IDentities.
In life, you can not control most events. Nor can you directly control
your emotions (suppression or "mood meds" are not control and are
not healthy). What you can learn to control are your IDentities
and that is the key to life, love and happiness. Nothing more
is necessary.
There are three main negative emotions:
- ANGER. All anger is motivational energy to try again,
to attack, after having a goal blocked. The mind process behind anger
is: I could
not achieve my goal the first time, but I CAN if I attack with
more energy. Even though at first thwarted, I am more POWERful
than the obstacle. The
energy family of Anger includes: guilt, hostility, resentment,
hate. Time is the PRESENT.
- FEAR. All fear is motivational energy
to avoid, withdraw, hide, or protect yourself from a threat
that appears to be more POWERful than you. The mind process
behind fear is: The "bad" event
that might happen is more POWERful than I. I am far from sure
of having the POWER to be able to handle it, to overcome and
so avoid damage to me or mine.
FEAR includes worry, anxiety, depression,
phobias and panic attacks. Time: All fear is FUTURE AntiPower.
- GRIEF. Grief includes sadness and sorrow. Grief is the motivational
energy outlet when we have absolutely no POWER: The thought
process is: The "bad" thing has occurred (or is irremediably
about to occur) and there is nothing I can do about it. My
only recourse is to lament and mourn that which I have no POWER
to change. Time is the PAST. The event has already happened
or it is inevitable.
All other negative emotions
are variations and combinations of these three. For example:
DEPRESSION is a combination of fear and
grief. It is helplessness and hopelessness. Thought process:
I have not the POWER to handle life or some element of live;
and I don't see that I ever have the POWER necessary. My
situation is hopeless. TIME
is "eternal" NO
POWER.
When you know that you can handle something,
when you have no doubt about your POWER, you will experience positive
emotions. Whenever, you perceive that you CAN NOT handle something,
whenever you are BEing AntiPower, you will experience negative emotions.
All emotions are about Self. You generate your emotions depending on
your perception of your Personal Power to handle any person, thing or
event and achieve your purposes. Your emotions are your love or AntiLove
for self according to your IDentities affirming or denying POWER (and
therefore VALUE) at any moment.
The POWER IDentities are creations about self such as:
- I can<>I can't;
- I am able<>I am unable;
- I am strong<>I am weak;
- I am a success<>I am a failure;
- etc.
The VALUE IDentities include:
- I am good<>I am bad;
- I am worthy<>I am unworthy;
- I am deserving<>I don't
deserve;
- I am as good as<>I am less than others;
- etc.
Everything that exists is energy. All your thoughts, IDentities and emotions
are energies. They are energy forms, masses of energy that exist in your
subconscious and are triggered into consciousness and feeling by events.
All your emotions are created around your negative
IDentities—NO
EXCEPTIONS.
As energy, all your thoughts and emotions obey precise laws. You created
these energy forms (your negative IDentities and their emotions) and you
can discreate them, eliminate them from your experience forever.
To eliminate ANY emotion from your experience, you need only discreate
the underlying negative identity (that denies your POWER or VALUE).

The Cause
of all neurosis (obsessions, compulsions, addictions, etc)
is the desire to avoid negative experience (negative emotions). The person
uses activities or substances to distract himself, avoid, stop or suppress
his negative experience. Eliminate the negative experience and the addictions
disappears. You eliminate the negative experience by discreating the underlying
Essence IDentity.
